Signature Card Generator

Ciao a tutti, navigando su internet ho trovato un generatore di signature card, vorrei sapere come poterlo adattare a Mybb la piattaforma per forum, così che ogni utente del forum ne possa trovare una sul suo profilo...il codice che ho trovato è questo:
