Schermata Blu E Riavvio, Problema Tcpip.sys

Salve saltuariamente, non sempre e non spesso ma succede ogni settimana, 10 giorni.. appare una schermata blu con scritto che tra 20 secondi si riavviera' il sistema per evitare danni al pc.
Con bluescreenwiew ho trovato questi errori che copio e incollo..
non so piu' che pesci pigliare.. riporto lo scan ultimo..

Dimenticavo che sono connesso tramite wireless ... con fastweb... Andando a gestione dispositivi e scheda di rete ho due voci, Atheros AR928X Wireless Network Adapter
e Realtek RTL8139/810x Family Fast Ethernet NIC
Ho aggiornato.. disinstallato e riaggiornato dal sito del produttore i driver della scheda di rete ma niente da fare..
Ho un portatile asus con vista 32 bit.. non ho il cd di installazione ma i cd di recovery che erano in dotazione all'acquisto del portatile..
Volevo evitare di formattare perche' non ho un hd esterno al momento dove salvare il tutto.

grazie mille, si l'avevo vista ma ho controllato per Windows vista ma se non ho guardato male manca la parte riguardante il mio problema, li e' per windows 2000 non so se sia equivalente.. credo di no

si ma dice solo di aggiornare l'ultimo service pack.. io ce l'ho semprer avuto aggiornato gia' molto prima di aver questo problema... non e' che dica granche quell'articolo...
