Help me schermo blu all accensione del pc.....??

Ciao a
tutti, poco fa, accendendo il pc, mi esce una schermata blu che dice che è stato bloccato sia il pc che windows per evitare di danneggiare il pc, poi mi chiedeva di provare a riavviare e di assicurarmi che non uscisse più , altrimenti avrei dovuto controllare gli hardware e i software del mio pc. Adesso non so cosa succederà domani che lo riaccendo, ma mi hanno detto che se succede una volta , non è nulla di grave. Comunque quando ho acceso il pc, mi è uscita la schermata di segnalazione degli errori di windows, ma non aveva trovato nessuna soluzione in italiano, cosi ho copiato quella in inglese.
